At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Ukrderzhlesproekt building was seriously damaged by Russian troops, and some important archives were lost. The new equipment and the transition to digital solutions will help to reliably preserve data on Ukraine’s forests.
The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine, FAO Ukraine and the Embassy .
The vehicles and equipment were handed over as part of a project funded by the German Government and implemented by FAO Ukraine.
